Otsuki began his career with Hitachi at the company’s Kanagawa mainframe factory. His responsibilities have included assignments in London, San Francisco and Japan. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. Otsuki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nagoya University, School of Law.
