He is one of the co-founders of Navitas and has been instrumental in the expansion and development of the Navitas model into the various markets in which it now operates.In April 2007, he received an honorary Doctor of Education from Edith Cowan University in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the development of the international education sector both in Australia and overseas, and was the 2008 Australian Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
