He is based in Birmingham, but with a national remit to increase the volume of off-market investments made through establishing direct channels of contact with attractive organisations. Prior to joining BGF, Rob was Managing Director of Cadenza Partners, an independentDeal Origination boutique which sourced investment opportunities for High Net Worth Individuals and Private Equity firms across the UK. He began his career in Deal Origination after designing and building the highly successful MBI Programme at Leeds-based recruiter Ellis Fairbank, before transferring to global headhunting firm Odgers Berndtson. He brings with him a track record of sourcing more than two dozen investments since his first deal completed in October 2006.
