He is also the author of the recently published book Small Shifts Toward Collaborative Freedom.His charity work includes sitting on the Board of Directors for The BRAIN Foundation.Richard graduated from New York University in 1980 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and in 1984 with a Masters Degree in International Finance. He is certified in conflict resolution & facilitation skills, strategic leadership consulting, coaching and management training. His passion for working with business owners who want to grow, succeed and profit by improving their leadership skills has led him to a lifetime of diverse experiences.
