He managed the Gibson Dunn European and Middle Eastern offices from London from 1985 to 1989. While at Gibson Dunn, H. Richard Dallas was active in commercial transactions and investments in the GCC from 1980 to 1998, representing governments, financial institutions and private regional companies in the GCC and abroad and foreign investors with operations in the GCC region.H. Richard Dallas received an AB degree from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California, where he served as a senior editor of the University of Southern California Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif and graduated first in his class.
