Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Heron also worked with Massachusetts General Hospital in evaluating spin-off opportunities and with Cetus Corporation. He was a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
