Dr. Janchiv Oyungerel has been the Chair of The Board at Petro Matad Ltd. since January 2012 and served as its Co-Chairperson from August 4, 2010 to January 2012. Dr. Oyungerel serves as the Chairman of Unigas, LLC. Dr. Oyungerel was responsible for managing the importation and distribution of petroleum products. Dr. Oyungerel started her career asa petroleum economist at the central oil supply depot of the Oil Supply Management Authority from 1979 to 1982. From 1988 to 1990, she served as a chief economist in the Oil Supply Management Authority, Mongolia. She has been the Chairperson and the General Director of Petrovis LLC since 1996. Dr. Oyungerel served as Deputy Chairman of Petro Matad Ltd. until August 4, 2010. She has been Non-executive Director of Mongolian Mining Corporation since September 2010. She has been a Director of Petro Matad Ltd., a subsidiary of Petrovis LLC since November 8, 2007. From 1990 to 1996, she was the General Director of the board of directors of the Neft Import Concern ("NIC"). Dr. Oyungerel was awarded a Diploma of Doctor (Ph.D.) in January 2007 from Russian State University of Oil and Gas by Gubkin and a diploma of engineer-economist of petroleum and gas industry by the Moscow order of Red Banner Labor Institute of Oil and Gas named after I. M. Gubkin, Moscow, Russian Federation in June 1979.
