Prior to joining Shell E&P, she worked for Moody’s Investors Service in New York, evaluating the risk of US public sector bonds.Olu is passionate about socio-economic development in Africa, the advancement of female talent, and the facilitation of equal access to educational and professional opportunities for underrepresented groups.She is also an active venture and angel investor across various sectors and serves on the Boards of several companies and non-profits.Olu has a BA in Political Science from Long Island University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
