Bell took over as sector president for Rolled Products in June 2007.He also serves on the supervisory board of Hydro's holding company in Germany, Hydro Aluminium Deutschland GmbH.Born in 1958 in Cologne, Germany, Oliver Bell graduated from the University of Cologne with a degree in business administration.
