I am a creative, tech and social impact entrepreneur.I am Cofounder of Mixcloud -- the global community for audio culture -- where I worked with an amazing team of people to grow the company from a couple of guys in a warehouse in NW London to the world's biggest community of DJs and music curators, reaching 20 million people a month.It's been an exciting ride and I've learned a lot about building teams, products, communities/users, partnerships and business models. We continue to remain focused on building the world's leading sustainable and fair ecosystem for audio creators.I am now a board advisor to Mixcloud and an angel investor/advisor in a number of tech and consumer businesses. I am also advising and supporting charities and social impact projects, including being a trustee for the brilliant dance charity East London Dance, and an advisor to the great empowerment and anti racism organisation You Make It. I also enjoy DJing and I run an electronic music record label/clubnight MakeMusic.
