Nicolas Weber is a seed investor in Berlin focused on Genetics and Oncology. Healthcare has been my passion throughout most of my professional life – in international corporate environments and as entrepreneur and Business Angel. I co-founded medneo (https://www.medneo.com/) (Radiology as a Service) and OpenRad (https://www.openrad.com/) (IT rails for diagnostic imaging) and helped to buildit from zero to 550+ people – what a journey. I recently transitioned from Group CEO to the supervisory board. With medneo (https://www.medneo.com/) we are improving access to high-end diagnostic imaging (e.g. MRI, CT, etc.) for patients with a new pan-European operating model for medical service providers: Radiology as a Service. And with OpenRad (https://www.openrad.com/) we bring workflow IT to 3rd party diagnostic centers beyond medneo. I have developed the organization for CEOs to manage the brands independently and I support them actively as board director. Together with my two co-founders André Glardon (https://www.linkedin.com/in/andreglardon/) and Matthias Issing (https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthias-issing/) we – 3minds (https://www.linkedin.com/company/3minds-projects/) – are supporting outstanding impact entrepreneurs on their journey to improve our lives - as angels, mentors and in board functions.
