He has also held management positions in the software industry. He started his business career at the Boston Consulting Group, and has also held management positions at Veritas Software (now Symantec) where he negotiated partnerships with Hitachi, and built the company’s technology partnering program . He received both his MS in electrical engineering and his PhD in Physics from Stanford University.
