We are focused on the lower middle market, specifically on industry-leading companies with transaction values from $25 million to $150 million and EBITDA in excess of $5 million. We are most active in two sectors: high-value manufacturing and industrial services. We invest in profitable, stand-alone companies, as well as divisions or subsidiaries of larger corporations. We are a committed partner, working closely with a portfolio company over the long-term to help it achieve its growth objectives through superior operating and financial performance. MPE contributes its extensive capital resources and unique combination of strategic, operational, and financial perspectives.
