We anticipate the most promising opportunities utilizing these enabling technologies being in FinTech, EdTech, IoT, IIoT, SaaS, and E-Commerce verticals. Our investments stages willrange from Seed and Series A companies coming out of Mexico to Series B companies from other countries wanting to expand into Mexico/LatAm. Portfolio construction (dollar allocation) will be 20% Seed, 30% Growth, and 50% Expansion. Our strategy includes active engagement with founders, clear deployment plans and criteria for follow-on investments, early planning to attract future co-investors, and an identified path for exit.
