MCH Private Equity is a Spanish private equity Firm that advises MCH Iberian Capital Fund I, II and III, with total funds under management over 500 million Euros. The Firm comprises a team of professionals with recognized prestige and in-depth expertise of the industry, making it a leader in the Spanish mid-market firms. MCH is today one of thefive largest, independent private equity groups in Spain. The Firm was established in 1998 by José María Muñoz and Jaime Hernández Soto with the objective to become a reference firm within Spanish private equity industry.Since its founding, MCH has participated in over 30 venture capital deals (LBOs, Growth capital, etc.) in diverse economic sectors which includes specialized machinery and industries, services, consumer products and distribution, -to mention a few-, having developed important business projects in the past while having completed for many of the companies a complete investment and disinvestment process.The Firm is currently composed by six Partners and twelve professionals with ample experience careers in the field. The management company is sponsored by Natixis Private Equity (NPEI), that holds a minority participation and is the largest single investor in the Fund.
