Max Schnoedl is an independent board director, advisor and investor.He currently serves as Chairman emeritus of Springbrook. Previously, Max was President/CEO of Springbrook and COO, CFO and CSO of Accela. In addition, he also served as Board Chair of BRZ, Deputy Board Chair of Österreichische Post and Investment Committee Member ofÖsterreichische Beteiligungs AG. Prior to that, Max served as the Vice President of Deutsche Bank in San Francisco and New York, and previously held positions in Moscow, Russia and Frankfurt, Germany. Max holds an MBA from Harvard University and a PhD from the University of Vienna, Austria.
