Prior to that, in 1996-2000 he was Vice President at Computer Associates responsible for ERP and Supply Chain Management application business in the Northern European region. Earlier in his career, he worked as Plant and Production Manager at Pechiney S.A., and as Project Manager responsible for post-acquisition integration projects in the UK and Sweden. Kanninen is 46 years of age, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.
