He was formerly the lead independent director of Best Buy Co. and chairman of the Board’s Finance Committee. Paull currently serves as a director of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation and was also a former director of WMS Industries Inc. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P. He also served as an advisory council member for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.Paull brings to the Board significant financial expertise with a deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, accounting and controls, and investor relations. As a former chief financial officer of a multinational corporation, he also has extensive experience in international operations and marketing.
