The Citizenship Fund started out when the founders of the company discovered in their previous positions that a promising Finnish growth company will spend a great deal of time and energy in arranging financing. Citizenship wanted to create a service in which the company would be able to capitalize on business quickly and flexibly, but the decision-making business would be left to the company itself. From today's point of view, Springvest's goal is that an increasing number of Finnish investors can get involved in the story of Finnish growth companies and potential success.
