Prior to that, Mr. Baliotti worked at Advanstar Communications Inc., a portfolio company of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (DLJMB), and as an Associate at DLJMB.Mr. Baliotti received a BS in Economics with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Villanova University while on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Baliotti serves on the Board of Directors of Global Jet Capital and Grafton Apparel Ltd. He previously served on the boards of American Ref-Fuel, ArrMaz Custom Chemicals, Aspect Software, A.T. Cross, Bluewater Thermal Processing, Heartland Automotive Holdings and Heartland Food Corp.
