Customers include telecommunications providers like Swisscom Switzerland, Vodafone Germany, energy providers as well as online retailers. The Deutsche Telecom Innovation Awards, and the Swiss Economic Council have recognized Grenacher’s achievements. In 2012, he was an Ernst & Young’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year while in 2013 he won a Swiss ICT Award for Newcomer of the Year for Mila. Under his leadership Mila has received the Idée-Suisse Award 2015, the Innovation Award 2015 in the category “best CRM” as well as the eco Internet Award 2015 in the category “best startup”.
