Springleaf Financial Services became OneMain Financial after purchasing the company from Citigroup, and Kgil was vital both to navigating the acquisition and raising its capital. Springleaf Financial Services raised substantial capital through its IPO, and Kgil led the company’s finance and accounting team of 100-plus people through this process.Macrina Kgil also was at the private equity fund GPB Capital Holdings for nearly two years. She left GPB Capital Withholdings in 2018 and joined Blockchain, which she has been with since November 2018.
