Prior to his role as Executive Vice President, he served as Senior Vice President of Oracle Latin America, and before that, as President of Oracle Brazil.Mr. Meisler has been recognized by Latin Trade magazine as the “Best in Latin America in 2004” (February 2005) and won a Latin Trade Bravo Business Award while serving as Oracle Latin America CEO in 2003. During his management of the region, International Data Group’s PC World Latin American Awards 2001 also selected Oracle E-Business Intelligence as the “Best Electronic Commerce Solution” in Latin America.Prior to Oracle, Mr. Meisler was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen. He also founded Result System and was the CFO and CIO of Lojas Americanas, the biggest retail chain in Brazil.Mr. Meisler has an MS and a BS in production engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
