During his time in GPMX, Luis led a complex turnaround for a Corporation with more than 50 companies in 4 countries, resulting on an EBITDA growth of 250%+. Subsequently, he had a key role on the sale of the company to EZCORP (NASDAQ: EZPW).After some time pursuing new adventures, Luis co-founded Vana, a high-growth FinTech with the mission of providing access to financial services to the unbanked and underbanked population in LATAM. Luis holds a CPA and Acton MBA in Entrepreneurship from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and completed his Executive Master in Business Analytics from ESADE. He also holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification (FMVA®) from the Corporate Finance Institute and multiple certifications on Data Science, Data Analytics and Data Visualization.
