Lorenzo is Co-Chairman of CTC Media, Inc. - a Russian associated company of MTG. Lorenzo holds a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University, Italy. Lorenzo does not qualify as independent of major shareholders, but is independent of the Company and its management according to the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
