Prior to this, she served in the Yunfeng Fund as a professional private equity investor, participated in the investment and management of many well-known companies, including Xiaomi Technology, Youku Tudou, Ali Health, Jinhao and others.Ms. Liu was the executive CFO of PPStream Inc. in 2013 and led the company’s sale to Baidu. Before that, she served in the M&A business group of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Department, completing many important international cross-border M&A projects including AIA's acquisition of ING’s Asian operations and China Construction Group’s acquisition of the Far East Group.Ms. Liu graduated from the Department of Economics at Duke University in the United States.
