He then joined a Hong Kong web 3 startup which crashed the Solana blockchain during their token launch and was later recognized by HSBC and KPMG as the fastest growing blockchain company in Asia. He then joined a Dubai web 3 unicorn which sold a record breaking amount of NFTs and is the first web 3 company to ink a Hollywood dealLeonard has served as a keynote speaker at prominent compliance conferences. He is also an advisor to prominent DeFi, data analytics, market making, venture capital, gaming and layer 1 companies
