She also helps corporates set their innovation and transformation strategies. Grupo Sura is a Multi-Latin Financial Services Conglomerate with operations in 11 countries. As Innovation Director, she created and implemented the Group´s innovation system and built two new companies. Also implemented the Corporate Venture Capital program (SURA Ventures) investing around USD 34 million, consolidating SURA Ventures as a reference CVC in LATAM for its financial and strategic profitability with three unicorns on its portfolio. Laura is currently a Partner of Latin Leap EdTech Fund and a member of several boards of directors. As an entrepreneur and experienced innovation and strategist, her background working in different industries, ventures, corporates, and VC, allows her to have a broad vision focused on purpose, growth, and sustainability.Laura Gomez is currently a General Partner in MOS VC fund and a venture partner at Latin Leap - Lotus Fund.
