She created and implemented a number of leadership and development programs which ultimately helped the company retain high potential talent.In addition to her work with major companies, Mitchell has served as a training consultant for the Regents College of New York, the United States Air Force and worked as an instructor at the University at Albany, State University of New York. Her education includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana, and a doctorate from the University at Albany in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
