Koga Masanori is a startup investor at Voyage Group in Tokyo. After joining Yahoo Japan Corporation, transcosmos Corporation, and entrepreneurs, he joined EC Navi Inc. (currently our company) in 2010. As our company's CTO, we built and operated various devicesin the hiring, training and evaluation strategies of engineers, and greatly contributed to fostering the engineer culture as a business development company. In addition, he is also the head of the Systems Division and the Information Security Committee, which is responsible for the construction and operation of service infrastructure and in-house infrastructure. In 2018, he was appointed CTO of the Company.
