Ken Mabbs has completed over 250 investment banking transactions in a broad range of deal types, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, joint ventures, private placements, venture capital, and public equity and debt financings. He has acted individually as a principal in acquisitions and has represented Bear Stearns and First Albany as an acquirer in its merchant banking activity. Mabbs serves on the Board of Directors of E Ink Corporation and Knoa Software and also is a Board Observer of A123 Systems.Ken Mabbs earned his BA from Denison University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
