He served on the board of Juniper Networks Inc. until his resignation in January 2008 and Starent Networks until the company was sold to Cisco in 2009. He is currently on the board of trustees of Cornell University and was a member of the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession, a public committee that made recommendations to encourage a more sustainable auditing profession (2008). He also previously served on the FASB's primary advisory group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, from 2000 to 2003.Ken earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
