Mr. Lee practiced law as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City from 1991 through 1996.Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Seoul National University, M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
