Dr. Zirener studied Business Administration at the European Business School in Oestrich Winkel, the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in Buenos Aires and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de La Rochelle. He wrote his doctoral thesis on Bankruptcy (Chapter 11) restructurings and received his Ph.D. from the Europa Universität Viadrina.
