He oversaw the strategy, development and implementation of Knight Direct’s products and services and was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and support. Prior to Knight Capital, Joe was CEO and co-founder of EdgeTrade Inc., which pioneered the development of agency-only, liquidity seeking algorithms and provided direct market access technologies for the equity markets. EdgeTrade was sold to Knight Capital Group in 2008. Joe holds a B.S. in Business, Management and Finance from Brooklyn College.
