He served as a Director at The Carlyle Group LP from 2000 to 2002. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Lifetech Scientific Corporation from September 2006 to January 22, 2013. Mr. Li is the Member of Executive Committee of Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Mr. Li graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in chemical engineering in May 1990. He earned his Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology majored in chemical engineering practice in September 1991 and his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Business School in June 1995
