(NASDAQ: ETFC).Mr. Gramaglia began his career at Procter & Gamble and later held senior marketing and general management positions at Nestle, PepsiCo, Imasco and Sprint.He currently serves on the board of WageWorks (NYSE: WAGE), a leading provider of tax-advantaged employee benefits, and is a former director of Coldwater Creek (NASDAQ: CWTR), a national retailer of women’s apparel.He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University.
