During his carrier at Goldman Sachs, Jean Raby advised French and international clients in connection with financing transactions on the international capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Previously, Jean Raby was an associate attorney for Sullivan & Cromwell, in New York from 1989 to 1992, and then in Paris from 1992 to 1996. Born in Canada, Jean Raby holds a LLB from Laval University (Quebec), a MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a LLM from Harvard Law School. Jean Raby was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988.
