From November 2011 to September 2013, Mr. Jean-Martin Folz was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eutelsat Communications.Directorships currently held:Director or member of the Supervisory Board or member of the Management Committee: Alstom, AXA, AXA Millésimes (1) (SAS), Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, Eutelsat Communications (till November 7, 2013), Société Générale, Solvay (Belgium).Directorships held during the last five years:Chairman of the Board of Directors: Eutelsat Communications, Director or member of the Supervisory Board: AXA (Supervisory Board), Carrefour, ONF-Participations (SAS).
