From 1998 to 2002, Jim was Chairman of CommerceSouth, a publicly traded bank holding company. From 1996 to 2000, he served as Director and then Executive Chairman at PAMECO Corp. He serves as lead director of the independent director’s committee of State Bank and Trust.Jim received his BS from West Point and served as a Captain in the United States Army. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
