He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.Dr. Wells received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles, M.D. from Emory University (XSM), MSc. in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
