International Aviation Services is a VC fund in Sofia focused on Banking and FinTech. Founded in 2005, IAS Ltd. initiated its activity as an aviation consulting company with experienced engineers holding FAA A&P and EASA licenses.In 2009 IAS Ltd. was the first Bulgarian independent organization that holds EASA Part M, Subpart G and I approval . We have identified a number of commercial and private groups where records andtechnical support will be provided on a high quality low cost base. Since March 2015 IAS Ltd was approved by Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation in accordance with the requirements of OTAR Part 39, Option 1 of Subpart E for large register of aircraft types.In 2006 the company established a new department for Business Jet brokerage and spare parts support, which successfully developed their own competitive business for a number of clients.In August 2016 IAS Ltd was approved for the performance of continued airworthiness management on Cayman Islands registered aircraft by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands in accordance with the requirements of OTAR Part 39, Option 1 of Subpart EWe are proud to work with some of the biggest lessors and airlines in the industry such as AWAS, GECAS, ORIX, LCI, Vueling Airlines, Ukraine International Airlines, Nordic Aviation Contractor and others.
