Under his leadership, Balci has managed to progressively transform the shopping nuances of many Filipinos and defy the geographical boundaries in all of 7,600 islands of the Philippines by providing customers from remote areas an access to an effortless shopping experience. In six years at the helm, Balci has steered Lazada, and the whole Philippine e-commerce industry to new heights, where now thousands of sellers cater to over a million monthly transactions.Balci graduated with a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Purdue University in the United States.
