Iain serves as an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at several publicly listed companies in Hong Kong, including Wing On Company International Limited (0289.HK), Tencent Holdings Limited (0700.HK), Sands China Ltd. (1928.HK) and Goodbaby International Holdings Limited (1086.HK). Iain is also an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Noble Group Limited, a company whose shares are listed on The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited, a company whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Iain was an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at China Medical Technologies, Inc., a China-based medical device company that was listed on NASDAQ, up to 3 July 2012.
