Hirohiko Hanaki is a startup investor at CellSource. Born in 1969, he was born in Aichi Prefecture. Graduated from Gifu University, Faculty of Agriculture in 1991. In the same year, he joined Nidec Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of ophthalmology and medical devices. After working in development as a programmer, he was responsible for the pharmaceutical license of medical devices. In 2005, he transferredto Japan Tissue Engineering Co., Ltd., which develops regenerative medicine related business, and was engaged in the Pharmaceutical Affairs Department as a safety management officer after manufacturing and sales of regenerative medical products. In 2014, the Enforcement of the Safety Ensuring Act for Regenerative Medicine and the Revision of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act will be in charge of consulting for medical institutions in compliance with these regulations. Later, he participated in the establishment of CellSource's regenerative medical center in 2016 as an expert in pharmaceutical business and regenerative medical laws. Currently, as Director and Director of CCO Regenerative Medicine Division, he also focuses on the enlightenment of the safety of regenerative medicine through his work.
