During his 12 years’ experience as an investment banker, Mr. Sin had advised on a wide range of notable IPO and M&A transactions involving projects in China/Hong Kong and throughout Asia, including SOHO China, Shui On Land, COSCO, CSCL, United Laboratories, LIANHUA, etc. Also, he has a great deal of trading experience in cross-border M&As, corporate restructuring and privatization. Hendrick has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise management, finance and investment banking.Mr. Sin is also the member of the Hong Kong Youth Development Commission, director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, member of Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of Internet Professional Association.Mr. Sin received a dual major Master's degree in Engineering Economics and Operations Research from Stanford University. He also holds three Bachelor of Science degrees (with college honors) in Computer Science/Mathematics, Economics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
