During his time there, Hamad collaborated to create an in-house Corporate Development division as well as formulated a market research strategy to take advantage of the changing regulatory landscape. Hamad also led the Research and Intelligence department, where he was responsible for screening and maintaining an investment pipeline across new geographies, end-market segments and technologies.Hamad holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Concordia University. He completed the Financial Modeling and Valuation Training Program from the Investment Banking Institute and has completed the CFA level I exam.Hamad is extremely passionate about the water sector and even when not at work, spends his days reading about new opportunities and advancements in the area. He is also interested in golf and is an avid Manchester United fan.
