Their team of experts joinsthe operational team of each companies and focuses on improving the respective operational activities to foster the chance of a sustainable success. They fund and/or facilitate access to adequate funding opportunities that are fitting each company’s individual stage of evolution (development / expansion / growth). Instead of straining the cash positions, they favors “work for equity” deals to build up a dynamic portfolio and create economic value for their partners. Since they are looking for long-term investment and business partners, they expect their portfolio companies’ strategies to fit into their own strategy.
