Prior to joining the EDA, Mr. Cole served as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, coordinating audit engagements for various public, private and non-profit clients. He also served as a Staff Accountant at Withum, Smith, & Brown, PC where he conducted audits and prepared tax returns for federal and state corporate and individual tax clients. Mr. Cole earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rider University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant.
