In 1999, he joined Bain & Company where he spent more than a decade, working first in South Africa and then in the UK, managing the firm’s London private equity practice.But having worked in both Europe and the emerging markets, Fash knew which he found more rewarding and at Actis, he now works day in day out, with people who share his passion and commitment to making a positive impact.
